Coaching Session Forms
Before each coaching appointment, you’ll be asked to complete a secure digital form that collects:

First and last name
Monthly income
Recurring expenses
Current debt balances
Your digital signature for consent

This information helps us tailor your session. It is stored securely and will not be shared with anyone—including family, spouse, or friends—without your explicit written or electronically signed consent.

Document Sharing and Storage via Google Drive
We use Google Drive to send and receive personal financial documents. Documents shared via Google Drive are encrypted in transit and stored securely. Only authorized personnel at Ivory Finance Co. have access to these files.
Important: Any financial statements or supporting documents are deleted after 30 days of client inactivity, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Ivory Finance Co. is not liable for any incidents that occur on private property during an in-person session.
All in-person sessions may require a government-issued ID for identity verification.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an in-person session if we believe the environment poses a safety concern.
