Terms of Service – Ivory Finance Co.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services, website, and coaching sessions offered by Ivory Finance Co. ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Ivory Finance Co. offers financial coaching services, including:

• Virtual and in-person financial coaching
  
  

• Budgeting and debt payoff consultations
  
  

• Assistance in setting up accounts *Not giving Financial advice on where or what to invest in*
  
  

We are not financial advisors, brokers, or CPAs. We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Coaching is for educational and planning purposes only.

2. Client Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By booking or accessing services, you confirm that:

• All information you provide is accurate
  
  

• You are legally able to enter into this agreement
  
  

• You will not use our services for illegal purposes
  
  

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Square. All services must be paid in full prior to receiving services.

Refunds are only issued at our discretion. Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may not be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Confidentiality and Communication

Information shared during sessions or through secure forms is kept confidential. We may verify your identity over the phone before sharing any account details.

You authorize us to contact you via phone, email, or other provided methods. We will never share your information with anyone without written or digitally signed consent.

5. In-Person Coaching

For in-person sessions, you:

• Assume responsibility for creating a safe meeting environment
  
  

• Agree that Ivory Finance Co. is not liable for injury, loss, or damage occurring on private property
  
  

• May be required to show a valid photo ID for identity verification
  
  

We reserve the right to decline any in-person appointment based on safety concerns.

6. Client Files and Retention

Documents collected (e.g., financial statements) will be stored on Google Drive. Files are deleted after 1 calendar year (365 days) of client inactivity unless otherwise requested.

You are responsible for requesting copies before deletion.

7. Website Use and Tracking

By using our website, you agree to our use of cookies and location tracking to improve services and monitor website activity. You may manage cookies through your browser settings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including branding, materials, and session tools, is the property of Ivory Finance Co. and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

We make no guarantees regarding financial outcomes. Coaching results vary based on individual circumstances and follow-through.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ivory Finance Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable U.S. federal laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Riverside County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
